Craving a little asian flair on your dinner tonight?  This Teriyaki infused Easy Teriyaki Burger Recipe is bursting with flavor, delicious toppings, and perfect for grilling season!  So easy to grill, this is a family favorite at my home!

Fire up the Grill... it’s Teriyaki time!

  • 2 pounds of Lean Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Kikkoman Original Teriyaki Sauce, Takumi Collection – 20½ oz. bottle
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup crushed Saltine Crackers
  • 1 can Dole Pineapple Slices – 20 oz. or Fresh Pineapple Slices {use this Pineapple De-Corer – it’s SO easy!}
  • 1 pack of your favorite Hamburger Buns
  • White Onion
  • Leaf Lettuce
  • Optional: Tomato and slice Swiss Cheese

  1. Mix your egg, Teriyaki sauce and Saltines in a large bowl.
  2. Add your lean ground beef to bowl and mix with your fingers.
  3. Form mixture into 8 balls, place individual balls between two square pieces of Wax Paper, smashing into patties with Hamburger Press.
  4. Carefully stack burgers with Wax Paper separating patties, and place burgers in fridge to marinate for a few hours or overnight.
  5. Grill your burgers for 6 minutes on each side at 350 – 400 degrees, or until done.
  6. Lightly grill your Pineapple slices at the same time.
  7. To grill or to not grill your buns?? Your Choice!! I love to add some butter to the inside of the buns, and grill them just until a little toasty.
  8. Build your burgers… bun, burger, pineapple, a drizzle of Teriyaki sauce, optional grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and Swiss cheese, and ENJOY!!
