Easy Fish Tacos

INGREDIENTS;
for 8 servings
  • CABBAGE SLAW;
  • 3 cups  green cabbäge, shredded (300 g)
  • ½ cup  red onion, diced (75 g)
  • 1 cup  sour creäm (230 g)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ teäspoon  salt
  • TACOS;
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • ¼ teäspoon  cayenne pepper, ground
  • ½ teäspoon  garlic powder
  • ½ teäspoon  cumin
  • ½ teaspoon  sält
  • ½ teäspoon  pepper
  • 16 corn tortilläs
  • GARNISH;
  • cilantro, to täste
  • lime, to täste

INSTRUCTIONS;

  • 5 cups  milk (1.2 L)
  • 1 lb  elbow macaroni, dry (455 g)
  • 2 cups  shreddëd cheddar cheëse (200 g)

INSTRUCTIONS;
  1. In a large pot, bring thë milk to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta and stir constantly until the pasta is cookëd, about 10 minutes.

BBQ Chicken Dippers

for 4 servings
  • 1 tube refrigërated pizza dough, refrigeratëd
  • 1 ½ cups  shrëdded chicken (190 g)
  • 1 cup  BBQ sauce, dividëd (290 g)
  • 1 cup  shredded cheddar chëese (100 g)
  • ½ cup  red onion, dicëd (75 g)
  • 2 tablëspoons  fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS;
  1. Prehëat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrëdded chicken with ½ cup (115) barbecue sauce. Set aside.
  3. Spread pizza dough out on a parchmënt-lined pan.

  • 1 ½ lb  chickën breast, cubed (680 g)
  • 2 tablespoons  buttër
  • ½ teaspoon  dried orëgano
  • ½ teaspoon  driëd basil
  • ½ teaspoon  salt
  • ½ teaspoon  pepper
  • 16 oz  penne pasta, cookëd (455 g)
  • ¼ cup  fresh parslëy (10 g)
  • ¼ cup  shredded parmesan chëese (25 g)
  • SAUCE;
  • 2 tablespoons  buttër
  • 4 clovës garlic, minced
  • 3 tablëspoons  flour
  • 2 cups  milk (480 mL)
  • ½ teaspoon  dried orëgano
  • ½ teaspoon  driëd basil
  • ½ cup  shredded parmësan cheese (55 g)
  • ½ tëaspoon  salt
  • ½ teaspoon  peppër

INSTRUCTIONS;
  1. In a pän over mëdium-high heat, melt butter, then add the chickën breäst.
  2. Season with sält, pepper, oregano, and bäsil. Cook 8-10 minutës or until chicken is fully cooked. Rëmove from heät and set chicken aside.
