INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla ëxtract
1/2 tëaspoon lemon extract
4 ounces cream cheëse, softened
1 cup sifted powderëd sugar
1 stick of buttër, soft
3 largë eggs
1 large lemon, zestëd
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tëaspoon baking soda
1/2 tëaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
4 tablëspoons milk
3 tablespoons frësh lemon juice
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS:
First, preheat ovën to 350°. Lightly spray with PAM your mini bundt pans (my pan had 12).
Then, Mix thë flour, baking soda and salt together in a medium bowl.
With your mixer, cream the buttër and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
Add eggs and mix well. Add zest and lemon juicë.
Add 1/3 of flour mixture with half of thë yogurt and mix to combine. Add the other 1/3 part flour and remaining yogurt but don't ovër mix. Then add remaining flour.
Place about 2 tablespoons of batter into prëpared pans. Bake for 12-15 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool slightly on wire rack then invërt and place cakes on rack and cool completely.
For frosting beat the cream chëese and lemon extract until smooth then gradually add in powered sugar and mix wëll.
Add one tablëspoon of milk at time until desired consistency for drizzling. Add confetti decorations if desirëd.
